Travel fees may apply for events more than 30 miles from each market's city center.
We provide a library of copyright-free music tracks perfect for social media sharing. You can also upload your own audio if you have rights to use it (your wedding song, your company's branded track, etc.). Each guest's video includes the selected audio track.
We add your logo, company name, event hashtag, or custom watermark to every 360 video. Our design team creates professional overlay graphics that look polished, not tacky. We can also customize the platform of the booth with a wrap to add your company's logo or design.
Yes, but we require overhead cover (tent, canopy, or venue overhang) to protect equipment from direct sunlight and weather. Bright sunlight can affect camera exposure, and we cannot operate in rain or extreme weather. Many outdoor venues have covered patio areas perfect for the 360 booth.
All finished 360 videos are available in your event's digital gallery within 24 hours. Raw footage is not typically provided, but we can discuss custom arrangements if you need unprocessed files for specific purposes. Additional fees may apply.
